Šimuni is a small fishing and tourist village situated in the south-west of the island of Pag, halfway between Novalja, 11 km away, and the town of Pag, 12 km, and at the foot of the highest peak the island (St. Vitus, 348 m above sea level).
Šimuni stretches along 3 bays: in the northern boy is located ACI Nautical Marina Šimuni is open all year round and one of the safest harbors in the entire Adriatic. The central bay is belongs to fishing boats, but also serves as a market for freshly caught fish, while in the southern bay there is a pebble beach.
Outside the village, set in a pine forest, is a auto camp of the same name - Šimuni - probably the most beautiful campsite on the island and one of the most beautiful in the Adriatic.
